Unacceptable Requests

Qadaya Misr

Qadaya Misr is committed to strict compliance with the legislation in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt, respect for the rule of law, safeguarding national security, and protecting public order and the legitimate interests of the state and society.

The platform applies strict controls to consultation requests and services provided through it and maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward any use intended to violate or circumvent the law, infringe upon the rights of others, or exploit the platform for unlawful activities.

First: Political and Partisan Requests

Qadaya Misr is committed to maintaining its role as a platform for legal knowledge, information, and services. Its services may not be used for political or partisan propaganda, election campaigning, or the settlement of political disputes.

This includes:

  • Submitting consultation requests intended to promote a political party, movement, or election campaign.
  • Using legal services to promote one political entity at the expense of another.
  • Exploiting consultation requests to settle political disputes or defame individuals or organizations.
  • Submitting requests intended to turn legal services into a means of incitement, deliberate misinformation, or provoking political disputes.

A legal matter's connection to public affairs does not automatically constitute grounds for rejection, provided that the request has a legitimate purpose and complies with Egyptian legislation and the platform's policies.

Second: Protection of the State, National Security, and Public Order

The platform rejects any request intended to facilitate an unlawful act that threatens state security, the safety of its institutions, or public order, or that involves incitement to violence, sabotage, or attacks against individuals or property.

The platform must not be used for:

  • Planning unlawful activities targeting state security, state institutions, or public safety.
  • Inciting violence, sabotage, or the unlawful disruption of public interests.
  • Seeking assistance in committing criminal acts or facilitating their execution.
  • Exploiting legal services for activities that unlawfully harm individuals, institutions, or public interests.
  • Requesting guidance or services intended to facilitate unlawful activities or endanger public safety.

The platform handles such requests strictly in accordance with the law and the circumstances of each case. This policy does not prohibit neutral legal awareness or the lawful exercise of rights and legal procedures.

Third: Prohibition of Circumventing the Law and Obstructing Justice

Qadaya Misr does not accept requests intended to use legal information or services to commit a crime, conceal a violation, mislead competent authorities, or obstruct the course of justice.

This includes:

  • Requesting assistance in forging documents or evidence, or fabricating false facts.
  • Concealing, destroying, or tampering with evidence to mislead investigations or judicial authorities.
  • Preparing false statements, declarations, or misleading documents for use in legal proceedings.
  • Requesting guidance to facilitate crimes, conceal their consequences, or unlawfully help others evade responsibility.
  • Unlawfully circumventing the enforcement of judgments or legal obligations.
  • Using the platform to obtain services for the purpose of bypassing legal restrictions or violating applicable regulations.

Requests seeking to understand lawful rights and procedures, including appeals, grievances, and legally available defense options, remain acceptable in principle and will be assessed according to their nature and legitimacy.

Fourth: Prevention of Infringement of Rights and Privacy

The platform respects the legal rights of individuals and organizations and does not permit its services to be used to infringe upon the rights of others, violate their privacy, threaten them, or blackmail them.

The following uses of the platform's services are prohibited:

  • Providing private data, photographs, or documents belonging to others without a legitimate basis.
  • Requesting assistance in defaming individuals or making misleading allegations intended to damage their reputations.
  • Threatening, blackmailing, harassing, or inciting attacks against others.
  • Impersonating another person, providing forged information, or using documents that the applicant is not authorized to submit.
  • Exploiting legal or personal information for unlawful purposes.

The platform's administration reserves the right to reject requests involving violations of rights or privacy and to take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and the platform's usage policies.

Fifth: Accuracy of Submitted Information and Documents

Users of Qadaya Misr must provide accurate information to the extent necessary to use the services. They must not submit materially false information, forged documents, or misleading data.

The platform may reject a request or suspend its processing if there are reasonable indications of data manipulation or an attempt to mislead the platform's administration, lawyers, or competent authorities.

The platform may also request additional information to verify a request when necessary and proportionate to the nature of the service and consistent with applicable personal data protection requirements.

Users must not use personal data belonging to others or submit documents containing confidential information without a lawful basis or the required authorization, as applicable.

Sixth: Requests Relating to Judicial Judgments and Convictions

The platform must not be used to request the falsification of judgments, the fabrication of official documents, or the misleading of competent authorities regarding the actual status of judicial proceedings. Requests for assistance in unlawfully circumventing the enforcement of judgments or concealing their effects are also prohibited.

A conviction does not automatically deprive an individual of the right to seek legitimate legal assistance. Legal consultations may be requested regarding appeals, enforcement of judgments, rehabilitation, or other procedures permitted under Egyptian law.

Requests will be assessed according to their purpose and legality. A request will not be rejected solely because it relates to a person who has previously been convicted, provided that the request concerns a lawful legal procedure.

Seventh: Misuse of the Platform

Qadaya Misr reserves the right to reject requests, suspend their processing, or restrict access to certain services when they are misused. This includes:

  • Submitting repeated requests with the intention of causing disruption or interfering with services.
  • Deliberately providing false information.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to users' accounts or data.
  • Using the platform for fraud, blackmail, or other unlawful activities.
  • Attempting to exploit consultation services for purposes that violate the law or the Terms of Use.
  • Impersonating a lawyer, specialist, or government authority.
  • Using the services in a manner that threatens the platform's security, user data, or the integrity of its technical systems.

Appropriate action may be taken depending on the nature and severity of the violation, while respecting applicable law and users' legal rights.

Eighth: Procedures for Handling Violating Requests

When a potential violation of this Policy is suspected, Qadaya Misr's administration may take appropriate action depending on the nature and severity of the circumstances, including:

  • Rejecting a consultation or service request.
  • Suspending the processing of a request until the necessary information has been verified.
  • Requesting additional documents or information to verify the legitimacy of a request.
  • Suspending an account, restricting certain services, or terminating access where appropriate.
  • Retaining relevant records for the necessary period where legally permitted.
  • Cooperating with competent authorities and providing information that the platform is legally required to disclose, in accordance with applicable legal procedures.

No action will be taken beyond the platform's lawful authority or in a manner inconsistent with applicable law and the Terms of Use.

Ninth: Review and Enforcement of This Policy

Qadaya Misr's administration reserves the right to review and update this Policy when necessary to reflect legislative amendments and the operational and developmental requirements of the platform's services.

Any updated version will be applied in accordance with the law and the Terms of Use. Users will be informed of amendments when required by their nature or by applicable legal requirements.

Qadaya Misr's Commitment

Qadaya Misr affirms its commitment to operating within the framework of Egyptian law, respecting the sovereignty of the state and its institutions, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of individuals and society, and applying clear and strict controls to prevent violations and misuse of digital legal services.

The platform's administration is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and approving the content published on the website, while consultation and service requests submitted by users are subject to the controls set out in this Policy.
